This Fourth of July, we’re reclaiming the street for people! On First Friday, July 4, Open Streets returns to downtown as the city will close Phillips Avenue between 6th & 7th Street to vehicle traffic and fill it with live art, a local vendor fair, and the energy of a walkable celebration!
